Managing Director
Mr. S. Ponnudurai is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience spanning technology, operations, and integrated facility services. As the Managing Director of EGS Security and Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd., he is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, compliance governance, and service delivery excellence.
He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the University of Madras and is a Certified Security Professional (CSP-VC) from IISSM, New Delhi, reflecting his strong expertise in security systems, risk control, and workforce management.
Prior to leading EGS-INDIA, he served as an Area Manager at Madhura Facility Services, handling multi-location operations, manpower deployment, and client coordination. His earlier 12+ years as a Senior Software Engineer has enabled him to bring technology-driven processes, reporting systems, and operational transparency into the facility management environment.
Under his leadership, EGS-INDIA operates as a process-driven, audit-ready, and compliance-focused service provider, delivering consistent manpower, statutory adherence, and uninterrupted service continuity to its clients.
He leads the organization with a strong belief that
